1. Cancellation Requests
Clients may request a cancellation of services at any time by providing written notice via email or another agreed-upon communication method.
Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 3 business days of receipt. Once approved Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days
2. Refund Policy
Before Project Start: If the project has not yet started, a full refund may be granted, excluding any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees as specified in the service agreement.
During Project Execution: If the project is already in progress, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. The cost of work already performed, including but not limited to design drafts, coding, and development work, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for projects that have been completed and delivered to the client.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain deposits or advance payments made to secure the commencement of work may be non-refundable. This will be clearly specified in the service agreement or project proposal.
Non-refundable deposits are intended to cover initial consultation, resource allocation, and project initiation expenses.
4. Disputes and Resolution
In case of any disputes related to cancellations or refunds, AnkitChandel.com will review each case on an individual basis to arrive at a fair resolution.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues or grievances as soon as possible to facilitate a timely resolution.
5. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
